| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 13, 2008 Sampled from a 16 oz brown bottle this beer poured a medium golden-amber color with a large yellow-white head. The aroma was dryish and lightly spicy with a touch of garlic. The flavor was dry and spicy with notes of oregano and garlic followed by a yeasty wheaty base. The finish was dry and peppery. The body was fairly thick. Like a pizza hefeweizen. Interesting. MartinT (5068), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 30, 2008 Updated: Jan 18, 2009My Bottom Line:
Haha. Very funny.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam surrounds the hazy gold.
-The aroma is highly perfumy, projecting spiced oil, tomatoes, loads of garlic, salt and basically everything but beer-like components.
-The flavor profile is thankfully not as intense and bruschetta-like as the aroma.
-This seriously lacks pepperoni.
-The body is quite anemic, but the soft prickling actually makes this near drinkable.
-Talk about overanalyzing a joke. Hurray for me.

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 20, 2008 Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Poured produced a cloudy yellow-orange body with a quickly diminishing head of foam. Small sedimentary bits are suspended in the body of this ale. Oregano and bread are the dominant aroma. Dry flavor with no finish. The palate certainly carries notes of herbs, garlic, and some tomato. I didn’t have much luck bringing out the aromas to my expectations, though I’m not sure it’s a bad thing. Overall, the experience fell flat of my expectations JK (2961), Richfield, Minnesota, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Oct 5, 2008 It sure smells like a pizza. Oregano, basis, garlic, and tomato. Tastes like pizza sauce with lots of garlic. They certainly nailed the pizza thing, but I don’t care for it very much. pepsican (885), The Student Ghetto, Iowa, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 30, 2008 Courtesy hopscotch. Brown-golden color, not much head. Mild Italian herbs (oregano, basil) on the nose, very light malt presence behind it. Taste is quite plain, not much herbal quality, very grainy and bland. fishingnet (1045), Brandon, Florida, USA
