Commercial Description:
Brewed in the northern style of an English ale. This light brown ale has a nice caramel and toasted malt flavor, combined with a fresh hoppy aroma that is slightly fruity. This is nicely complimented by a subtle bitterness that rounds out the palate.

16 oz bottle. Pours a medium brown color, some head, dissipates quickly. Aroma is very light, some malt and caramel. Flavor is bitter caramel malt, a bit toasty. It finishes abruptly, with a slightly metallic aftertaste. Palate is thin and somewhat fizzy. Overall I did not care for this as much as other brown ales.

Hazy brown color with a thin off white head. Aroma of toffee with a mild yet malty and a dash of hops with a hint of caramel.

The brown ale pours a medium brown color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention and quickly fading lacing. The aroma is nutty and earthy, some caramel and fruitiness. A medium bodied brown ale. The malts are nutty, caramel and sweet. The hops are earthy and floral. A decently flavorful brown ale. This beer would be very drinkable as a session ale. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Pours a thicker darker caramel color with a small fine beige froth. Pretty grassy smelling for a brown, quite earthy with some light chocolate and caramel. Sugary syrupy chocolate and caramel, slightly burnt and some hay. Odd. Thicker body with tons of airy crisp carbonation. Not impressed.

A nice medium brown color with a quickly fading head.... There was of dark fruit and sweet maltiness in a very non-descript nose... Tastes of sweet malt, a hit of dry hops but none are very aggressive... Overall good flavor...

Bottle-The pour left no head and gave the beer an odd sort of appearance, some carbontation but no head, something was just missing. The color was a rich brown. The aroma was malty and with caramel highlights. The tasted followed the same with some sweetness in the taste and a subdued bitter finish. Produce place, 2.29

Pours a hazy amber brown. The nose is malts, and hints of chocolate. Comes across the palate as a little over carbonated. The flavor is rather weak, similar to soda water. Has little to no after taste. This was a huge disappointment.
