16oz bottle. Aroma of malted caramel, spice, and bread dough. Cloudy gold body with disipating head. Aslo had some sediment that was found on bottom of pint glass. Flavor was a heavy blend of malt and spice and somewhat chewy. This was thick sludge on the palate. Spicey lacing on palate. This is one of those complex beers for me, odd.

Cloudy Yellow/Gold Color with No Head. Sorghum and Subtle Spice and Fruit on the Nose. Light to Medium Bodied...Musty Sorghum Mouthfeel. Subtle Fruit and Nice Spice Notes Complement the Sorghum Flavor..Notably Cloves and Banana.....Which is Admittedly Hard to Adjust to...Overall This is Like Drinking a Hefe or Wit Beer, But with Sorghum Substitue. Spicy Banana/Citrus Dry Sorghum Aftertaste...A Bit Cloying. Overall I Think Sprecher Did a Good Job of Using ’Traditional’ Ingredients in a Commonly Recognized Beer Style.

Bottle. Odd aroma: spices and bananas with a hint of cleaning solution. Very rubbery taste with a lacto-like sourness. I tasted the beer for at least 5 minutes after I sampled. Weird.

Thanks Skyview for this brew. Pour is copper orange with a quickly disappating head. Nose is spices and some hefeweizen characteristics. Taste is banana, somewhat similar to an american wheat or hefe. This is actually pretty decent.

Bottle (500ml). Cloudy amber-tinged gold, smallish fizzy white head, tons of tiny floaties in the bottom sludge. Grainy aroma, with unripe plantain and iodine. Taste is light - sweet grainy malt, again the earthy, peaty tang accompanies the tropical fruit (I still say plantain), but it fades fast. Watery body, light carbonation, no harshness or adjunct character, but apart from being sort of like a spicy, more tropical sort of hefeweizen, nothing more than a summer quencher.

interesting experiment. can’t say as I’d want to have another. it is spicy and has some body. but there are a lot of funky flavors in there. I like lakefront’s new grist better. not even sure if I’d want to cook with this

Pre-RBSG Milwaukee: Bottle labeled Juju: Poured a cloudy gold in color with a white head. What the fuck is that smell, I went with assy spice, some one else called it taco bell and vomit. This was not good.

RBSG 2007. Thanks to Skyview for allowing me to kill off a brewery. Well, I thought so, until I found a few more had been added. Drat. Hazy yellow color with no head. Big aroma of candi sugar. Very bitter wheat taste. Really, it just tastes like a decent American Wheat.
