The caramel malt flavor carried with it some well balanced mild hops. It’s very easy to drink and makes a decent session brew. BustedFlat (554), Edina, Minnesota, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 21, 2007 16 oz bottle. Poured clear medium amber with a nice initial cap of white head that receded to a film in a minute or so. Aroma found toasted caramel with a nice citrus presence (oranges primarily)... quite pleasant. Flavor picked up toasty caramel, a hint of marshmallow, cereal notes, and a low-ish level of floral bitterness. Smooth on the palate with the mild bitterness.. a touch soapy on the back-end. Decent brew. sheatripper (863), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 18, 2007 16 oz. bottle. Amber/copper color with a frothy off-white head. Spots of lacing. Cereal malt and floral/fruit aromas. Off-sweet grain malt flavor, with some apple and a bit of mild citrus hoppiness. Medium bodied with steady carbonation. A fairly good tasting lager, but way overpriced in this area.
