Commercial Description:
A delicate balance of toasted malt and fresh hops give this medium-bodied German style lager an intriguing complex flavor. A creamy head, deep golden color and an impressive hop bouquet make this a very special beer.

Beautiful looking beer, Orangish hue and a great tasting beer. I’m suprised, as many Sprecher’s as I’ve drank in my life, I’ve hardly rated any. Oh well, time to start.

fairly ok beer. real robust malty flavor. but I don’t think I can drink many of these. big downside is that blasted 16 oz bottles warm to fast for a bocce ball sipping beer. Major penelty on overall score because it is horribly overpriced.

Bottle Pours clear amber with off-white head...good lace. Malty, slightly smokey, carmel aroma. Smooth drinking beer, sweet, a bit bitter in the finish. Good malt. Decent beer, if simple.

Everything about this beer (before I tasted it) screamed "This is going to be a great beer!" until I tasted it. Quite a sour taste on this one, fleeting flavor of some fruitiness with the hops coming through loud an clear. Quite nice, but still I can’t seem to get into this one as much...

Pours a nice copper amber. Big beige head. Steady carbonation. Faintly floral, light caramel nose. Toasted malt, light caramel or toffee, I agree with the grapefruit and peach comments, light bodied, finishing with a nice hop presence. A great quaffable vienna.

A great amber. Overall quality does vary. Fresh is best. In milwaukee, specher sponsers a music fest WEEKLY and that is the best place to get this great beer.

Tap: Barrymore Theater, great start to a great night as I picked this one up at the Arlo Guthrie concert in Madison, Wi. My quick notes said that it was a sweet taste with a small hoppy finish.
