Feb 17, 2007 16oz bottle acquired in trade with Ughsmash (thanks!). Poured a medium and clear amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of a light skunky/mustiness with bananas and soem citrus. Tastes of citrus, caramel and a trace of honey.

Dec 1, 2002 Semi-sweet and moderately bitter. Toasted oat aroma and copper colored body. The finish is smooth, but there is nothing too spectacular here.

Aug 25, 2007 500 ml bottle. Deep amber coloured brew. Very fresh vienna malt aroma, bread crust, light toast and a hint of brown sugar/caramel. Clean maltiness. Rich and sweet tasting. A touch of faint smokiness appears toward the finish. Soft hoppiness just keeps this balanced, but I can see how some might find it cloying. I don’t and think it’s an excellent example of the style.

Oct 31, 2007 Good looking beer, pouring a bright orange body with a large spongey head. The aroma has caramel, vanilla, and quiet floral scents. In flavor it’s quite bready and has a drop of honey, a splash of caramel syrup, and a mild floral/herbal bitterness to balance it out. Quite quaffable. Note: The current beer picture is a BAd one, having "RateBeer" splashed across the bottle, worthy of some anal retentive beer rating site. Are folk really so worried that their beer photos will be stolen without credit that they have to present an unclear picture? Oct 10, 2002 Clear golden/amber color with a moderate head. Aroma of mild caramel malt and slight floral hops. Flavors of slightly toasty malt with a touch of fruit - peach and grapefruit. A hoppy Vienna in style. A good session lager.

Dec 14, 2007 Bottle@Home. Dough and orange aroma with hints of caramel. Hazy, amber color, beige head, few lace. Orange, dough and bitter flavor. Buttery feeling, light dry finish. Not very special, not refreshing.

Dec 19, 2007 Bottle from JUngle Jim’s. Poured clear amber color with a large frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate sour citrus aroma. Medium body with lively carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Drinkable smooth brew.
