Golden body with a thin head that disappears quickly. cherry and spice aroma... flavor filled with cherry, a little sour, with the typical flavor or a farmhouse saison... lighter carbonation... overall not a bad beer, better then some of the others I’ve had from Spring House BeerGestapo (740), Windsor, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a lite orange color with a small white head. Aroma of fruits and mild spices. Taste is of funk, grass, and has some musty notes. The mouthfeel is warming because of the 9% alcohol. I like most of the brews from Spring House, but this one was not quite what i expected. agl108 (507), Manayunk, Pennsylvania, USA

Poured hazy orange with a small ring of lace. Fruity, cherry nose with also some slight wildflowers evident. Mild carbonation. Starts smooth but quickly the farmhouse funk takes over with a wheaty, peppery bite. Finishes tart with cherries and candy sugar present. Slight warming alcohol noticeable. A fine offering. afireinside96 (835), Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA

Hazy light orange body topped by a small white head. Smell is white pepper, tart cherry, dough, lightly phenolic. Taste is very fruity, some tart cherry, wheat, pepper, light amount of grass, slightly medicinal. Finishes tart and dry with a good deal of warmth. Leaves a fuzzy coating all over the tongue much like a wheat beer, though the brewer insisted that there was no wheat used in it. Pretty damn good for an American saison.
