Aug 17, 2009 Draft… Cloudy light golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma provides big banana and bubblegum notes – lesser notes of clove and citrus. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. The flavor is sweet and fruity, offering plenty of banana and a trace of clove. Fruity, lightly sweet finish.

Jun 23, 2008 This was clearly distinct from the wheat ale. Color was more orange and it offered no head at all. Nice flavors of cloves and banana. Like the unfiltered wheat, some chemical tastes but just a bit.

Jun 11, 2008 Really a top-notch Hefeweizen by any standard. Pours a glowing, cloudy yellow with pillowy white head. Serious clove and fresh banana nose, enticing. Lightly sweet flavor, fruity, with a mild bitterness for refreshment and character. Just well done.

Aug 27, 2005 Tap- Not a style that I enjoy often, but this one is pretty good. Pours a hazy whitish gold, decent head. Aroma is very banana and clove. Flavor reflects the banana bread quality in the aroma, as well as sweet wheat malts and a mild hop spice. A good representation of a style that gets more than it’s fair share of mediocre examples.
