Really sharp and challenging but dramatically overcarbonated so that the lemon fizz effect was disquieting. Once I let it settle down, the flavors settled into submission and were fine wheaty stuff. But the opening jangle is disturbing and it has some of the brewpub thinness that can characterize these palces.

Aug 18, 2009 Draft… Murky, straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, creamy, long-lasting, white head. The nose is mostly nondescript, but I am finally able to pull some grainy, mashy notes from the glass. Light to medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. The flavor is light, brisk and hoppy (moderately bitter). Finishes crisp with a nice hop bite.

Mar 29, 2009 Tap at the brewpub. The body was a hazy greenish tinted Crayola yellow with a white head. The aroma was light bananas with some light tropical mango. The taste was typical American Wheat with banana peels and a clove spice finish. It is ok for the style.

Jan 4, 2009 Hazy golden with a white head. Mild tart wheat, spicy aromas. Medium body. Taste is tart wheat with dusty pale malts. Mild dry spices in the finish. Summertime beer.

Aug 15, 2008 Bottle, pours a very light color similar to a white beer, with a white head. a bit fruity, but a light aroma. Slight spice, very slight, much closer to a wit than an american wheat I would say. Its ok but i wouldn’t drink many of them.

Jun 23, 2008 Typical wheat appearance. Lacing is very nice and sticky. Aroma was difficult to find but wheat was present. I found this to be a surprisingly dry beer and even somewhat bitter. Unfortunately it also had the taste of soap and chemical. Well below average and disappointing.

Jun 2, 2008 Thanks to Brett for this beer :) This beer poured a very hazey, clouded sun coloured body with plenty of pleasent wheaty aromas. This beer was very smooth, very clean and had a nice crisp finish.

Mar 22, 2008 Pour is hazed bright yellow w/ thin sticky bright white head...smell is yeasty banana and some soapy notes...taste is wheaty and lightly sweet with the normal banana flavors...a stronger than usual bitterness finishes it out...

Mar 16, 2008 Damn, this wheat beer tastes like wheat. Agreed that it is pretty standard fare, but lacks the spicy or estery profile of many of the style. And I am glad for it.
Not overly complex, just robust, crisp wheat profile.
