Sep 1, 2008 Cask, 4.2% as Beijin Gold. Almost clear golden colour, small stable white head. Very low carbonation. Grassy hayish hop flavour, quite thin.

Aug 5, 2008 Cask. Golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is mild fruits and wood. Flavour is the same along with quite strong notes of cooked vegetables.

Cask gravity at Kent BF 2006. Gold colour with no head. Some honey on mostly hop aroma. Thin malt in mouth, some more honey towards end. Bit of a spicey/noney hop finish.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, lime, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (110108)
