Square One Agave Wheat

Sampled at the brewpub. Was told the beer had been on tap for a month or so. Pour was lightly cloudy and gold with a white head. Stringy lacing. Wheat in the nose with some fruit. That fruit is also tasted and is neither orange nor banana. No clove or coriander notes, either. Flavor is quite nice with wheat and fruit. It is sweet but sourness fades in and out. Malt profile appears late and smoothly takes over the finish. Crisp, tasty, and easy to drink. No commercial description was available. Alcohol was not prominent. An excellent summer beer.
