SubstanceT (1087), Saint Louis, Missouri, USA Jul 10, 2007 #1064, on tap at the brewery enjoyed with my Dad when he was in town visiting. Straw yellow that was very very hazy. Nose is faint with some alcohol and wheat. Taste is wheaty, not so much honey, but very light in the flavor and very drinkable. Pleasant. vyvvy (1755), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA Jul 6, 2007 Pours hazy yellow with a shell white head. The aroma has honey, rich wheat and what seems to be the same yeast strain they use for most of their beers. The yeast gives it a nectar fruit type of taste to me. Some huskiness in noticeable as well. Medium / light crisp body with some very sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with rich wheat malt, hints of citrus, bits of honey and some bubblegum traits. The finish has a spiced hoppiness. An enjoyable American wheat.
