Appearance: Pours a slightly cloudy copper with a white head and lace left in the glass
Aroma: Citrus hops
Taste: Citrus & spicy hops with a nice malt backbone.
A good beer, think I’ll have another while I’m here

Oct 24, 2009 On tap at the brewpub, there is a good chance that this is a completely new beer, I can’t say for sure, but I’ll rate it here until I know otherwise. Listed as Utah Crimson Ale: ESB. Pours a cloudy bronze color with a large white head. A hoppy aroma; sweet citrus and toasted malts. The flavor was great; dominated by loads of hops, citrus and light pine, a toasted malt background. Sort of like a uber-hopped ESB. Great. Easy to drink.

Oct 12, 2002 Nitro version, tasted in Brewpub.Medium brown color, creamy medium head. A medium bodied ESB. Nice malts and fairly hoppy. Malts are slightly caramelized and very slightly sweet. Good flavor. Very smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
