May 26, 2008 On tap at the Brewpub in downtown SLC. Pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. A huge lemon slice sits atop this glass, so you can guess that the aroma is citrusy, at least I have something to eat if I get hungry. The taste was actually dominated by a wheat explosion of flavor, also a smaller citrus aspect. A nice Hefe for sure.
