Commercial Description: We have created a Keller Bier for everyone. We used all organic malt, left it unfiltered and kept the hop profile low so the malt shines threw. On tap Thursday, October 4th. It tastes really nice, crisp and smooth.
Draft at the Brewpub on Friday 10/5/07; supposed to have been on draft since 10/4; Nose of light caramel woth a little spiciness; hazy yellow-gold with a small white head; flavor is grainy malt with some caramel and spices. OK keller but no hops evident that kellers should have.
