Jan 26, 2009 On tap at O’Shucks in Park City. It was a pilsner. It looked like a pilsner (yellow and fizzy), it tasted like a pilsner (light malt and grassy hops), and it was watery like a pilsner. Well-balanced but nothing to write home about.

Dec 9, 2008 Got this in a sampler pack of Utah beers. Straw color with a short lived white head. Hoppy, grassy aroma. Very clean tasting beer with a nice hop aftertaste. I reallly like Pilseners and this one was no exception.
