Pillowy, big bubbled head. Nice doughy and nutty aroma. Taste is tinny and watery. Surprising amount of head retention though. I’m getting a bit of lemon zest, that’s only helping the flavor along. I’ve never had a decent beer with a hot chick on the label and the beat goes on. ontario102 (794), Boise, Idaho, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 27, 2005 pilsy malt aroma with a soft orangy, floral background; lively body with a flavor that really speaks of nothing in particular, maybe some clean, sweet maltiness and a spicey/flowery and slightly bitter balancing hopping; thin body and tangy mouthfeel; nothing really stands out here, but it’s certainly "drinkable". | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 21, 2005 Bottle Pours a slightly hazy very pale amber/yellow. Good thick white fluffy head. Pale malts and a light sweet honey like note in the aroma. Not sure what they mean by highly hopped. There is some in there but this is just nothing special for me. To me being a good pilsner is like being the best hockey player in Ecuador.
That said, still not bad. and yes "drinkable" bu11zeye (5442), Frisco, Texas, USA

Slightly hazy yellow pour under a large white head.
The aroma is a mix of soapy hops and lemon sourness.
Light bodied with a faint acidic bitterness. This is a long way from a real German Pilsner, but it’s probably not bad for a low alcohol beer.
