Did not seem highly hopped to me. Flavor was like a light German Pils. Slightly bitter finish. OK brew; AustinMilbarge (681), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 7, 2006 On tap at a private club in SLC, my first trip to one of those. A fairly typical pils, euro hopiness, a fair bit of carbonation. Fairly light bodied. Not bad, considering it is from UT. oldrtybastrd (1801), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 10, 2005 Very clear, pale straw body with mild carbonation and a fading, sudsy white head. Aroma has notes suggesting pineapple, melon, light pepper, and lightly sweet cereal. Initial sweet cereal notes in the flavor lead into a very dry, bitter, and peppery finish. A solid, spicy, German-style pilsner.

Dry with rounded mouthfeel. An unfortunate hint of green apples distracts. Short salty finish. A fair attempt on brewing a pilsener, but not entirely succesful. Real good pilseners are very hard to come by. BrewDad (2366), Olympia, Washington, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 20, 2005 Golden-straw colour; rather hazy; long-lasting head; slow, small bubbles. Fresh aroma of herbaceous hops, doughy yeast and fresh bready malts. Cheers for not using the cliched noble varieties - as good as they can be it gets dull after a few hundred pilsners. A little bit of marshmallowy maltiness underpins a moderately (~32 IBUs) bitter palate. Finish is a little quick. There is an unplesant mineral note but generally a pretty good pils, one of the better ones in the US.
