Light hops smell on this yellow brew. Dry hops flavor with a clean and not too crisp aftertaste.

Draught > SLC, UT airport. Little dry. Not to spicy. Easy drinker but it should be at 4%. Not bad.

On tap at a private club in SLC, my first trip to one of those. A fairly typical pils, euro hopiness, a fair bit of carbonation. Fairly light bodied. Not bad, considering it is from UT.

Hate too be the one to slam this beer, but I would get more out of a Bud. Very little aroma. Body...what body? Tastes like water with a little cascade hops that is overcarbonated.

Got this in a sampler pack of Utah beers. Straw color with a short lived white head. Hoppy, grassy aroma. Very clean tasting beer with a nice hop aftertaste. I reallly like Pilseners and this one was no exception.

Provo Girl is the same color as a macro. It is nicely sparkling with microscope lens clarity. The head leaves lacing above the beer as it diminishes to a white film. The fruity wooden hops in the aroma are great but soft. The malt aroma lacks character and is starchy. The body is medium light. It thins at it progresses. It is very soft and waxy like a melted milkshake. The mouth feel vanishes before the flavor ends. This tastes stronger than 4.0% ABV. It’s quite bitter. The hops provide all of the flavor. The aftertaste is bitter and peaty and lasts for a long time. Perhaps clumsily simple, but quite bold. This is barfighting beer.

Thanks Sonnie, bottle: Pour is pale golden with a very thin dissipating white head. Aroma is light honey, grains, a bit grassy. Flavor is very crisp, lightly hopped, grassy, and even a tad salty. It was OK.

Post brewNZ tasting. Bright golden, reasonable head. Sweet up front. subtle hop astringency in the finish. Clean & good
