Tap @ Eddie McStiff’s, Moab. Clear yellow color, short head. Skunky smell, ditto taste. Bad stuff.

Light gold. Lasting thin white head. Thin pilsener-like aroma, sugar cookie and hint of pepper. First sip hop level was surprising. Expected a macro flavour. Lots of sweet malt and a light peppery hop. The hop level slackens off after the first sip. Smooth and drinkable.

Light golden in color. A little crisp, albeit somewhat soft, start. Delicate ’grainy’ malt balanced by a gentle hop bitterness. Seemingly well balanced and easy to drink. Some lingering sweetness... maybe too much. Not overblown with character, but not too bad either. Slides down the throat effortlessly.

12oz bottle (4% ABV) with a pleasing image on the label pours up clear gold with bright white head. The aroma is grainy maltiness to some cereal and a bit of noble hops in the background. The taste has neutral sweetness and hop tartness hitting up front. By midway the grainy and malty and faintly cereal maltiness grows to balance out the hop bitterness. It dries out into the finish and thins out too. I get lingering bitterness and graininess into the finish.

let's just say that I poured this one out. I was not impressed in the least, just a step up from from most domestics.

Draft at the Brewpub, 10/5/07; Nose of grain and caramel; Translucent gold with a small, glass-lacing white head; It is grainy with a slibht hop bitterness, as well as a tart note. Does not taste as hoppy as the description says.

As I’m not a ’Pilsner’ fan, I must agree with my fellow raters, not bad! Pours a nice clear gold color, bright white head and fair lace. Nose is malt, the front starts malt and slightly sweet, the middle is clean, crisp, as the carbonation is to me high, the finish is nicely hopped. Quite quaffable, but a bit thin for me to rate it much higher, but well worth the try.

Bottle: Pale golden, fairly clear, a little sparkly, small to moderate white head, falls quickly leaving spotty lacing.   Very soft grassy and pale malt nose, very soft.   Remains soft on the tongue while still remaining somewhat flavorful.   Certainly grassy, pales malts, slight hay or straw.   A bit on the unsweetened side, even a bit dry.   Has a bit of a raw grassy unfinished finish, if that makes sense.   Smooth up until the end, and could use a bit more sweetness.   Otherwise its okay.   Body and mouthfeel were moderate.
