Pours a nice clear gold color, bright white head and fair lace. Nose is malt, the front starts malt and slightly sweet, the middle is clean, crisp, as the carbonation is to me high, the finish is nicely hopped. Quite quaffable, but a bit thin for me to rate it much higher, but well worth the try.

Aroma is faint cereal and grass. Flavors of dry cereal, a touch of honey, and some drying bitter-herb hops on the finish. Palate is light-medium bodied, tingly and has a dry crisp finish. Excellent example of the style and a pleasant surprise. GreatLibations (1444), Last Supper, Arizona, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 14, 2007 Pours a brilliant yellow golden color w/ a full spritzy froth. Great head retention w/ sticky residual lacing. Aroma has a nice biscuit profile amidst mild hopsy flowering. Light nectar w/ ample yet soft residual effers. Great balance right off the bat. A defined hop presence upfront countered by brisk malts. A nice citrus asprin essence sets in and lingers through to the finish. Theres a slight biscuiting component that is enjoyable. The finish is wet, clean, and refreshing w/ perfect bittering. No off flavors or aromas to speak of. A good brew indeed. cazort (418), Newark, Delaware, USA

Fairly hoppy, and some richness to the malt. The hops are a little complex but they have a dominant aroma of caraway, which I find odd and not really blending well with the rest of the beer. Overall, though, a good beer, and I think better than many of the other reviewers give credit for. DJMonarch (6850), Northwich, Cheshire, England

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 30, 2007 Poured a golden yellow color with a finger of head that dissapated quickly. The nose had a honey sweetness to it, and a slight grassy hoppiness. The flavor is malty sweet, almost honey-esque, followed by dry malts and a nice crisp flowery hop finish. The feel is thin to moderate but the drinkabilty is high. Overall, I was fairly impressed with this pils. kyzr (1123), Belgrade, Montana, USA
