Light golden in color. A little crisp, albeit somewhat soft, start. Delicate ’grainy’ malt balanced by a gentle hop bitterness. Seemingly well balanced and easy to drink. Some lingering sweetness... maybe too much. Not overblown with character, but not too bad either. Slides down the throat effortlessly.

Draught sample at Squatter’s Pub & Brewery, SLC. Mild fruity beany aroma, light graininess, with a bit of grassy character. Clear golden body with thin white lacing head. Medium-light body with medium carbonation. Starts with mild carbonic acidity, some grainy beany character, and a mild bitterness. Good acidic hoppy finish, though a more subtle fruity character. Hop bitterness in the after. Not quite crisp, but a decent pils.

A nice looking, straightforward pilsner with maybe a bit more hop spiciness that many others. Paired well with dry-rub BBQ chicken. Serve cold.

On tap at a private club in SLC, my first trip to one of those. A fairly typical pils, euro hopiness, a fair bit of carbonation. Fairly light bodied. Not bad, considering it is from UT.

Tasted 14/09/2007. 12oz bottle leftover from BrewNZ. Shared with bozoNZ and backenzie. Pale gold, brilliantly clear, with a herbal hoppy nose and flavour, a medium sweetness and a firm bitterness. Good, without being great.

Thanks to douglas88 for forwarding this one. Decent white head and a very carbonated pale yellow pour. Big bittering hops makes this a little more entertaining Pilsner. Easy to drink and with a little more body than you would expect for the style. Floral nose and slightly pungent finishing flavor. A good go of it but just not a very exciting style to me.

claim highly hopped, but I just didn’t get that. Crisp and clean taste, felt like a palate cleanser.

12oz bottle (4% ABV) with a pleasing image on the label pours up clear gold with bright white head. The aroma is grainy maltiness to some cereal and a bit of noble hops in the background. The taste has neutral sweetness and hop tartness hitting up front. By midway the grainy and malty and faintly cereal maltiness grows to balance out the hop bitterness. It dries out into the finish and thins out too. I get lingering bitterness and graininess into the finish.
