In the Bavarian tradition, this Pilsner is golden-hued and highly hopped. It is brewed with German variety Magnum hops, then lagered for drinkability.

On tap at SLC location. Color was a clear, bright gold. Aroma was a bit weak; with maybe some bread and grass. Flavor was better. Bready with a lingering, earthy/spice finish. Nice and surprising beer.

Bottle Pours a slightly hazy very pale amber/yellow. Good thick white fluffy head. Pale malts and a light sweet honey like note in the aroma. Not sure what they mean by highly hopped. There is some in there but this is just nothing special for me. To me being a good pilsner is like being the best hockey player in Ecuador. That said, still not bad. and yes "drinkable"

Bottle sampled with Beerded_one, from his west coast connection. Pours pale golden with a decent sized white head. Aroma of hops and citrus. Flavor is smooth, slight bitter hops and citrus. Decent body, decent brew.

From a 12 oz. twist-off bottle, no freshness date, nice looking label, a short blurb along the left of label, sampled at a cellar temperature in a pilsener glass. Poured a clear, bright yellowish golden with a nice sized foamy white head, settled into a thin, slighty creamy, sudsy lacing. A faint nose, sweet malts and little grainy, a subtle fruitiness and a light scent of herbs. Good steady carbonation and a crisp, dry, firm, smooth light bodied mouthfeel. Tastes of dry, lightly grainy, biscuity malts, a subtle honey lemony fruitiness, a mellow herbal bitterness from the hops, and a dry salty, grainy finish with a softly lingering spiciness in the palate. Nicely smooth drinking pilsener, not available in my area, if it was, I would be a steady buyer of this.

Bottle thanks to douglass88. Sweet floral aroma with slight lemon grass, citrus, and a sharp tangy zing, slight funk and must (just a little stale tire air). Pale yellow pour with a staunch white head. Citric taste is very bready, and therefore rather chewy despite the lightish body. Dash of mineral water that’s fine in the drink but lingers somewhat off-puttingly. Very light bitterness, little malt and virtually no sweetness; quenching and very drinkable. Absolutely no alcohol evident. A spritzy, fun pils.

Thanks Sonnie, bottle: Pour is pale golden with a very thin dissipating white head. Aroma is light honey, grains, a bit grassy. Flavor is very crisp, lightly hopped, grassy, and even a tad salty. It was OK.
