| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jul 19, 2007 Pours a clear gold in color with some fairly heavy and consistent carbonation. Thin foamy head resting on top. Nose is simple: Biscuity malts.
Flavor is typical pilsner with some slight sourness to it. Biscuit and breadiness with some slight hop bitterness. Mouthfeel leaves me just slightly wanting. Not as crisp and "clean" as I tend to liek this style. Nice and easily drinkable beer for the style. None of the flavors our out of "whack." dkachur (2418), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA
