12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquor - Pours a very slight hazy light golden color with a half finger thick white head. Light spotty lacing. Has your typical herbal, grassy, and grain Pils aromas. Has a light, sweet grain malt flavor. Light to medium body. An easy drinking Pils. Not bad.

Draught > SLC, UT airport. Little dry. Not to spicy. Easy drinker but it should be at 4%. Not bad.

Pours a clear gold in color with some fairly heavy and consistent carbonation. Thin foamy head resting on top. Nose is simple: Biscuity malts. Flavor is typical pilsner with some slight sourness to it. Biscuit and breadiness with some slight hop bitterness. Mouthfeel leaves me just slightly wanting. Not as crisp and "clean" as I tend to liek this style. Nice and easily drinkable beer for the style. None of the flavors our out of "whack."

12 ounce bottle courtesy of BelgianBeerGal. Thanks! Pours a slightly hazed peach color with a large head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma is grassy and slighty nutty with faint fruit notes. Taste is grassy with a bit of corn and syrupy fruits. Medium bodied, Decent.

Draft at the Brewpub, 10/5/07; Nose of grain and caramel; Translucent gold with a small, glass-lacing white head; It is grainy with a slibht hop bitterness, as well as a tart note. Does not taste as hoppy as the description says.

Bottle. Park City Ski Resort. Decent pils. Slight hop bitterness. Pale yellow color. Easy drinking but boring as most pils are to me

On tap, somewhere near Zion National Park. Pours clear gold with a lacy white head. Fruit and pine nose. A little bread in the taste with a crisp pine finish. Tastes like a pale lager with ale yeast.

Clear pale yellow. Ever so faint hops aroma and flavor. Smooth, citrusy carbonation. An OK "utah beer".
