Pillowy, big bubbled head. Nice doughy and nutty aroma. Taste is tinny and watery. Surprising amount of head retention though. I’m getting a bit of lemon zest, that’s only helping the flavor along. I’ve never had a decent beer with a hot chick on the label and the beat goes on. Beerdedone (1885), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 12, 2006 From my west coast connection sampled with Stegosaurus. Nothing great here, just another rating basically. Boring pale pour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of watered down hops, the flavor is typical pilsner with some bitterness. douglas88 (1659), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 27, 2008 Bottle. Pours a light gold with a decent frothy head. The aroma is mostly bready and some malts. The taste is your basic pilsner; some malts, a bready/grainy quality, some sweet honey perhaps. Nothing special, but drinkable. Plus Provo Girl is hot. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 17, 2008 Bottle. Pours a light gold with white head and zero lacing. Nose is sweet corn and grass. Palate is sweet malts, honey and a light hop dry finish. Light mouth feel. Not horrible. toddkrem (81), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 4, 2005 Bottled. Golden colour. Soapy hop aroma. Dry with rounded mouthfeel. An unfortunate hint of green apples distracts. Short salty finish. A fair attempt on brewing a pilsener, but not entirely succesful. Real good pilseners are very hard to come by. GriffinAvenue (396), Winchester, Massachusetts, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 9, 2006 Bottle. Lemony initial scent. Mildue-like flat head. Carboneated fizz. Nothing distinctive. Goes down and hopefully doesn’t come back up.
