Commercial Description:
St. Ambroise Oatmeal Stout consistently beats out international stouts in blind tastings and competitions. This intensely black ale carries strong hints of espresso and chocolate. The oatmeal contributes body and ensures a long-lasting mocha-coloured head. If you like stout, you will love St. Ambroise Oatmeal Stout.

This is what sweet chocolately dreams are made of. . . Full aroma of oats, malt and chocolate. Dark and creamy, this beer is sweet candy on the tongue, this is when you wonder why can't this beer last forever. . .

This is a very good beer. I am not typically a stout fan but will make an exception here. Nice aroma with hints of chocolate and vanilla. Great appearance with a black body and a nice tan head. Very balanced. Nicely hopped with the necessary roasty malts. Some liquiroice present as well. Initially lightly sweet with a dryer but nice finish. I wish this was sold in my maket;. Well done.

Assertive, dry bitterness emulating the obscurity of ashes...Citrus drops on coffee beans and a spoonful of cream... Bitter chocolate is delightful...St-Ambroise Noire is orgasmic...Bitter chocolate with St-Ambroise Noire justifies gluttony...As much flavor as you can pack into a regular-strength stout...

Poured a deep black with thick off-white head. Roasty aroma with a hint or raisins. Mouthfeel is creamy, smooth and with a notch of smoke like the scent of smoke dust on snow. Just enough bitterness at the end. An excellent stout.

Totally awesome. Very smooth and creamy, with touches of coffee and chocolate. Color is beautiful. Highly recommended by this self proclaimed expert.

Beautiful black colouration, with a great cherry mocha head. Hints of dark chocolate, coffee, bit of oatmeal, and possibly some fruits. This beer almost has a different scent every time you smell it. Not a big fan of stouts, but this beer makes me appreciate them more. Would love to try this on tap.

Mmmmmm. Beautiful dark creamy head. Excellent coffee, roasted malt taste with the perfect hop balance. This is like having a meal in a bottle. Thanks Peter!!
