Nose is toasted grains, coffee, chocolate, earhty and quite pleasant. Dark malty nose with hints of chocolate and licorice. Pours very thick and leaves great lace. Very smooth mouthfeel that coats the mouth in a very pleasing way. Chocolate with a strong malty sweetness balanced well by the coffee bitterness. Great sipping beer. Thanks a ton to my Secret Santa for this one. jaymobrown (1360), Chicago, Illinois, USA
