Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
Our most famous and notorious ale. HSD is a full-bodied strong Cornish ale brimming with a kaleidoscope of flavours. Brewed with plenty of malt and lashings of English Fuggles and Golding hops, HSD is truly a classic ale of considerable depth and complexity.

Cask at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It pours a clear, copper colored body with a minimal-sized beige head. Bready, caramel flavor with some citrusy hops. Sweet and bready flavor with nice, subtle hops, caramel and citrus notes. Medium body, rather dry, and low on co2. Fine bitterness in the finish. A pleasant one, nice flavor and easy drinkable. Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen. Classic amber colour with a fruity and hoppy aroma. However, has a rather dull and flat taste and is poor compared to the rest of their output.
