Bottled (750 ml). Poured cloudy dark brown with a huge, rocky, tan head. Lots of lace. Nose is very wine-;like with heavy grape notes very evident. Flavor is grape, cherry, cask wood, cork. A yeasty, slightly musty aftertatse and the sweetish flavor is well balanced by a nicely bitter finish.

12oz Bottle. One of the chunkier beers I have poured in awhile, tons of sediment. But I must say, damn good. Nice color. Creamy head. Alot of complex flavors. Tingles on the tongue. Delicious. This is one of my favorites so far. Liked it more than the Rochefort Trappistes

Number 98! Bottle. Pours a dark brown with a ton of particulate floating around. Minimal tan head, surprisingly little lacing. Nose is sour fruits, banana, with a backing of malts. Tastes like a 7-layer cake of flavors. Sweet, malty, creamy, some sourness, so smooth.

Dark brown, large, longlasting head. Fantastic aroma! Fruity, malty. Very interesting, the alcohol is well present in this pleasant and rich beer.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a dark brown clear brew with some tiny floaties. Highly carbonated, refreshing, fizzy. Runs gentle and smooth down the throat. Hides alcohol very well. Fruity, balanced, delightful.

One of the most complex beer I ever had. I could never regret spending 130 $ to get 24 bottles of that God-inspired brew. There are just so many flavors and so many layers in there that I will just add: very fizzy at first, becoming sweeter with a little time (maybe that beer is a little young), and a combination of fruity, sour and bitter flavors. Down-rated a little because of the Rigor Mortis Abt and Rochefort 10, and of its ugly appearance.. Y a des zosties d’gros motons noirs dégueus... But, OK, if it’s what it takes to have such an amazing taste!

Mahogany brown with a light tan head. Has a very light nose to it. Banana, pear, raisins, and plums.Taste has all of the sweet dark fruits, brown sugar, raisins, figs, spices, and cherries. It has a slight bitter finish with a wonderful alcohol taste.This is an amazing beer. Very light carbonation and a slick feel make this a must try for everyone.
