Maria (4344), Thisted, Denmark Jan 6, 2008 Dark brown with a beautiful, sliky smooth head. The aroma has notes of ripe fruit, port wine and rum. The mouthfeel is oily. The flavour is sweet with notes of plum, raisin, banana, caramel, roasted malt and a weak acidity in the long finish. Even if it’s this strong, the alcohols is subdued. Nice.
