Mar 1, 2009 Bottle. Deep amber body with a medium beige head. Fruity and yeasty aroma with some caramel and ripe fruit. Sweet spicy flavour of fruit, yeast, caramel and some alcohol. Bit sugary as well. Medium bodied. Long fruity finish.

Jan 3, 2009 Bottled. A chestnut colored beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of yeast, dust, alcohol, caramel, and prunes. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, yeast, alcohol, prunes, brown sugar, and some fruits, the alcohol gains in strength in the aftertaste and finishes off by tickling the palate quite extensively.

Sep 28, 2008 750 ml bottle. Amber body with a thin, dense off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty, caramel, brown sugar, yeasty and alcohol. Flavor is sweet candy sugar, dry fruit, caramel malt, spicy bitter and some alcohol. This is extremely well balanced, it’s actually difficult to find all the flavors immediate.

May 29, 2008 Bottle. Pours a dark amber/brown colour with off-white head. The beer has a heavy feel to it. Nose is both fruity/flowery but also caramel and hops. The flavor is much of the same. Very good indeed.
