Aroma of sweet doughy bready malt with a touch of light fruity esters. Body starts fairly earthy and doughy caramely sweet with some biscuity malt. Roasted malt, yeast, wood and spices mixes well. Medium bodied and soft CO2. Nicely balanced, the initial sweetness gives way for a long and dry finish.
