This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Pours a murky orange characteristic of a tripel. Aroma heavy with lemon and orange zest, aggressive spices, and abundant yeast. Flavor is very nice, with an exceptionally smooth combination of yeast and malt complimented by the spice and citrus. Palate is very good, quite drinkable. Very good brew.

750 mL bottle into Orval chalice. Pours a very hazy blond with a nice white cap that quickly fades. Very good lacing. Aroma of floral hops, yeast, bubblegum, white pepper. Taste is bitter and hoppy up front with lots of carbonation. Nicely balanced. Slight warming alcohol in the finish. Crisp, dry aftertaste with some peppery notes.

Nice hazy blonde pour with a big white frothy head. Aroma is hops, yeasty sweet and citrus. Taste is bitter, hoppy and a little sour yeast, with a sour/hoppy bitter finish. This isn’t bad but my least favourite Bernardus beer, I much prefer the Watou Tripel.

Poured into a tulip with aromas of wheat and malts. Lacing head gives the beer a pleasant appearance with its golden body. Initial taste of bananas ended with a refreshing bitterness. Pretty good tripel.

A classic abbey style tripel. Good bitterness with a flowery aroma and taste. Maybe some spice to it as well.

Pours a hazy amber with nice lasting head. Aroma is intense citrus and spice. Tons of orange, lemon peel, and clove. Flavor is loaded with citrus and some sweetness. Balance is phenomenal. Palate is silky and full for the style. Excellent.
