Commercial Description:
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar: Very cloudy pale peach color with a generous fluffy white head. Aroma of spice from the yeast and fruity with white grape. Flavor starts peppery and spicy with fruit (pear, grape) a light alcohol burn and a spicy, citrus dry finish. Medium body is creamy and tangy with lively carbonation.

12 oz bottle poured hazy orange little white head that turns to some lace. Belgium yeast, fruit and malt aroma, clean mouth feel some light carbonation. The taste on this one is lightly sweet malty fruity start slightly hoppy bitter finish. Not one of my favorite tripel’s but good non the less

This was rather disapointing I had just expected more of this. The aroma is rather boring for a tripel, a bit of yeast and alcohol. The flavor is of alcohol, with a tint of fruit and a bitter aftertaste. After some time you can taste the fruit better and it gets better for each zip.

Bottle. prob one of my favorite tripels to date - i haven’t had too many because they are just not my style of beer. hints of fruits, vanilla, lots of yeast, and some spice. really not too bad - similar traits in mouthfeel to the other st. bernardus brews. but in the end, give me the 12 anyday!!!

From the bottle. Pours with a cloudy, hazy golden colour. Decent fruity flavour. Where this one loses points for me is in the palate, It has a wicked aftertaste that just lingers on and on.

Bottle. 1 pt. 9.4 fl. oz. A hazy, golden yellow color with sudsy, white head. Floral aroma of lemon and yeast. Light to medium body with slightly oily texture. Flavor is sweet spice and malt, then sour wheat and citrus with a dry finish. I was a bit let down by the flavor after such a nice aroma, but overall still a quality brew.
