Alittle hazy golden colored beer, with a nice foamed white head. It has an aroma of fruits, spices like coriander and malts. It’s complex. The taste is complex as well. There are fruits, citrus, spicey, with a little bitter in the back. It sparkles in your mouth. A very nice triple.

smell is of sweet fruit, some citrus, yeast, few spices.
taste is over carbonated, peach, pear, spice, pepper, ends is bitter and dry.

Jul 21, 2008 Bottle, pours a white long lasting head with a big lacing. aroma is sweet like bananas, color is dark golden. citrus honey sweet. Pretty good i would drink this again!

Jul 21, 2008 Bottled: Pours a thin fine white head with a cloudy orange color. The smell of this beer was great with its full aroma of bananas balanced well with malt and other fruit. Taste very fruity with a bitter bite on the end. Good!

Jul 21, 2008 Quickly dissipating head, which leaves an oily looking lacing. Hazy, unfiltered orange color. Really carbonated appearance at first, but that changes as the carbonation starts to fizz out. Powerfull fruity aroma. Champagne-like... quite tart. Citrusy taste. Rather sweet. Grape taste in there, which makes you think you are drinking champagne if you don’t look at the beer too closely. Some syrupy taste in there as well. Not as dry as other tripels.
