Commercial Description:
A refreshing golden colored ale with a malty, fruity backbone, hopped just to balance. The addition of malted rye adds a dry fruity complexity to this ale. Brewed with rye, flaked maize, Belgian malts, and balanced with noble hops.

On tap. See my rating for the Even Keel by the same brewer, tasted pretty much the same with just a bit more of a malt presence and character. I never tasted the rye. The beer also had an almost green taste, like it could have been rushed out before it was properly aged.

By far the best light colored beer I have ever found. If you’re having friends over, and wonder what beer will make everyone happy, this is it.

Tap Sampler. Good balance of adjunct flavors. Very similar to Even Keel, just a little crisper.
