Complex mainly fruity/yeasty aroma with fine notes of wine, herbs and cream. Flavor is broad, with a mixed burned malt/dusty hop bitterness and a wide range of fruity easters giving it its sweetness. Smooth broad and wellbalanced Braudog (3770), Dayton, Ohio, USA

The tight fizzy head-boiled away fairly quickly. The aroma is tart, but the beer drinks much more mellow. There’s a bit of an underlying tartness, but generally I found this sweet and malty, even with a hint of smoky nuttiness. (#3143, 10/14/2007) BREWMUSKCLES (1079), New Jersey, USA
