Commercial Description:
This beer has a generous head - compact and firm. Its slightly brown colour is the result of the roasted barley. It has a dark ruby brown colour and a very intense aroma. The aromatic herbs and spices used greatly enhance its delicious smell. This beer is full-bodied with a smoothness that is the result of the synergy of caramelized malts, carefully controlled fermentation and long cold storage. St Feuillien Cuvée de Noël has a very subtle bitterness that is the dominant flavour in this harmonious ale that strikes a perfect balance between all the different ingredients.

A clear dark red colored beer. It has a creamy beige foamed head. The aroma is malty and sweet, with some fruits. The taste goes from malt to hoppy, with a little bitter. Also a toch of spice. A good Xmas beer.

Bottle, pours dark brown with a creamy off-white almost lightbrown head. Nice malty and caramelly aroma. Flavour is nice and bready with a faint soury and spicy finish. A well composed yet complex beer.

Bottle.
Pours a raisin brown with a nice off-white head and an aroma of subtle raisin, candied sugar, and dark peach. Flavor is an immediate rush of alcohol followed by roasted nutmeg, and berry bread. Average mouthfeel. Pair with pizza rolls.

33cl, from De Hopduvel Gent, very complex X-Mas brew, balanced, clear, good head, the best of the St.-Feuillien range, a topper!
