Mar 24, 2006 Red body with some golden tint to it, very light head. Heavy malt in the aroma drowns out the hops, not what I’d normally expect from an IPA. Good hoppiness in the body, nice bitter tang with some wheat. Bitter ending.

Feb 28, 2006 This is delicious beer. It becomes hard for me to rate Inda Pale Ales once they get past a certain level of excellence. I could drink them all night long. I could drink them well into the morning light. This beer is no exception to this rule. It is a classic IPA full of yum.

Feb 26, 2006 Medium tan with a touch of orange color, egg-shell white medium sized head. Spicey aroma with molasses and plum. Flavor is well balanced, mild bitterness but plenty of hop flavor and caramel. Nice english IPA.

Feb 1, 2006 Bronze in color with a white head that faded. Carmel and hoppy smell. Rich full taste with a malty hop taste. This beer finished bitter and a little thin from how it began. I enjoyed this beer thoroughly.

Jan 30, 2006 Bottle courtesy of Immy. Poured a very clear deep copper color with a small off-white head that quickly dissipated. Aromas of honey and spices. The flavor was a nice mix of caramel malts and hoppy spices. Medium body with a lasting bitterness.

Jan 9, 2006 Pours with a creamy white head on a cloudy orange body. Medium strong hoppy aroma with malty undertones. Pine hops. Medium bitter taste with a lingering bitter finish. Citric hops in the taste. Slightly watery body.

Jan 6, 2006 Bottle courtesy of Immy, thanks! A perfect river of hazy amber liquid fills my chalice. A thin foam keeping all the quality locked in, sits atop and coats the entire glass. Immaculate appearance. Full on hop aroma, lots of caramel, matched with some citrus fruit rind and dark bread in the nose. Biting hops fill the mouth, and transgress to sweet malty after-flavours. Just the right amount of citrus/spice and sweetness to balance out the hops. A very good example of an IPA. IMO, the archetype of which IPAS should be made. A perfect balance between an American and an English IPA. Fantastic. Thanks again IMMY!
