Bottle sampled. Pours a light copper color with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malts, hops, and some pine. Flavor is caramel, malty with a light bitterness. Just ok

This IPA pours a deep orange gold cold color from a 120oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, good retention with strong lacing. Aroma is malty and grassy, semi sweet with hints of orange. A medium bodied India Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet, with a touch of orange. Hops are earthy and floral. Much more in the English style of IPA, must be all those fuggle hop eh? Nice balance. Good carbonation. Mild bitterness, that seems to last a long long long time. Very nice IPA. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle. Funky sweat socks aroma and a slight, sweet lick of hops. Orangish body, clear with a big soapy, rocky off-white head that laced well. Soft feel, lightish body (below medium) with a very medicinal taste – not what I’m looking for in my IPAs. Yes, definite Robitussin.

Another nice little IPA in a 12 oz bottle from slob! Pours a pretty, copper amber color with a smallish white head. Aroma of dusty orange with a bit of toffee and toast, herbs, floral hops and mild citrus. Toasty malt flavor with hints of caramel, bold hoppiness dominated by earthy herby notes and citrus peel and spruce in the finish and aftertaste. The flavors smooth out and become more balanced as it warms. Medium body and creamy carbonation. Pleasant.

Not nearly as impressed with this offering as I was with their APA, which I thought was a touch above average. This is a bit below. No real hop strain stands out, as does any major hop profile. It has a signifigant bite which is a little out of the ordinary for an IPA. The aroma was a little wierd, almost an undertone of gasoline I felt like. Overall, I liked it, but nothing too special.

Bottle sampled. Pours cloudy copper with a small dense off-white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus, piney hops, and slight fruit. The flavor is caramel, fruit, and finishes with a citrusy bitterness. Decent brew.
