12 oz bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold body with a one finger fizzy white head that fell to a wispy partial covering. Some pale bready malts make it past the "house" character veggie aroma. Some light hops even. A very basic bland beer, just a light hoppiness on the back end that keeps it a little snappy and prevents the doughiness on the palate. Medium bodied with moderate fizzy carbonation. Some veggies did come out towards the end as it got closer to room temp. This wasn’t special, but it was more drinkable than most of the other St. George beers.

Serving: 12 oz. bottle Appearance: Slightly hazy gold with a small, foamy, white head. Decent head retention. Aroma: Light nose with hints of grain, grass, and green apple. Light spicy hop note too. Taste: Light caramel, a little paper, a light bitterness. A bit on the watery side. Palate: Medium-high carbonation with a light mouthfeel and a short finish. Overall: Watery and kind of tasteless. Not very impressive, but nothing terribly offensive either. Rebuy: No.

12 oz bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a thin, half-finger white head. Aroma is almost entirely yeast and malt. Flavor is sweet yeasty malt, almost wheat. Not a great beer. (This rating is a bit abbreviated because Ratebeer didn’t save my original and I had already finished the beer)

Bottle courtesy of dkchmela. Pours gold with a white head. Smells of dry malt, bread, toast. Tastes of caramel, apples, lightly spicy on the finish.

Pours light pale yellow with a fizzy off-white head. The aroma has semi-sweet lager malt, some butter, some bread and hops. Medium body with lightly sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with semi-sweet malt, some staleness and a bit of hops. The finish is a bit hoppy and more sweetness added. This is almost like their pils, but the hops are a bit earthier. Fair.

Bottle courtesy goryshkewych. Aroma is strong with grains and a light diacetyl. Clear straw-colored with a thin white head, steady active carbonation. The flavor is enjoyable and refreshing, a grainy/grassy sweetness well-balanced by a very mild spicy hop finish. Creamy palate, highly drinkable. This is a nice helles that surprised me.

Guest tap at South Street Brewery. Yellowish golden colored with moderate head retention. Grainy pils-like aroma with a very similar taste. Somewhat grassy. Kinda blah.

From dkachur via trade. The pour was gold and slightly cloudy. The head was white, one-finger plus tall and only bits of lacing showed up. The aroma was lots of sweet malt, grass as well as some nice floral and light hoppiness. The flavor was sweet malt, light tart fruit, floral and even some pine hops. Crisp, refreshing and easy drinking. I would definitely keep some of this stuff around as a lawnmower beer if I had access to it.
