Commercial Description:
St. George Pilsner is a clean, crisp lager based on our brew master's extensive brewing experience in northern Germany. A centuries-old conditioning process and a unique lager yeast require a much longer processing time than our standard ales and result in an exceptionally smooth beer. Traditional 2 Row Pale and Munich Malts along with noble German Hops ensure a well-balanced, pale golden lager with a fine creamy head. Prost!

Lite pale beer, medium head. This is only alright. Whatever, not bad I just can’t dig these light styles.

Aroma is grassy with a hint of hops. Transparent gold in color with a fluffy thumb thick white head. Very nice plump malt fore. Nice and round with some citrus hints and an almost cream like finish that still remains properly bittered. I’d say this one is way underrated.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with The_Beer_God (thanks!). Poured a deeper and slightly cloudy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of grass (stronger on first pour and then faded), grain and light honey. Tastes of grass and citrus (lemons). Creamy but somewhat thin body. Not my favorite style, but I enjoyed this one.

Thanks to hopdog. Pours a golden yellow with some amber and a small bubbly head. Aroma of tea, grains and a light sweetness. Like a sweet tea. Flavors of the same a bit sweet and watery.

Bottle. Now this one was hard to find in a bottle, finally got it in a winter variety pack at World Market. I really enjoyed this beer, especially since I am not a huge fan of Pilseners.

Rocky white head with pretty lacing on a clear yellow body with a flowery aroma. Thick body with grain and malt. Decent beer.

Clear yellow color with a white head that dissipates relatively quickly. Mildly grainy aroma. Slightly grassy flavor.

12 oz bottle. Light gold/yellow color with small quick fading head. Suprising lacing goes to the bottom of the glass. Flowery hop nose. Well rounded for a plis, light flavors of grain, malt and hops. mildly citrus. Refreshing. A pretty nice pilsener, but not the best.
