Aug 1, 2008 It’s golden with a huge, nice head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavour has a slightly dry bitterness, notes of grass, straw and light malt. The overall impression isn’t very strong, but it’s refreshing and has a nice bitterness.

Mar 22, 2008 Bottle (333ml): Pale golden, smaller lacy white head; quite dry grassy-hoppy aromas, a bit sourish, backed by sweetish pale malt; light bodied, dry bitter flavour; a bit lingering, a bit aromatic, a bit watery hoppy pale-malty finish. Quite decent, but weak by franconian standards..........

Mar 19, 2008 (33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Grassy hoppy nose with notes of sour-dough and a soft, slightly grainy malty sweetness. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied and crispy on the tongue. Minimal grainy malty base with grassy and herbal notes; dry and moderately bitter grassy hoppy finish. Not overly aromatic nor balanced but still pretty drinkable (19.03.08).

Nov 19, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with an off-white head leaving laces. Very fresh and aromatic hop aroma. Medium body with fairly sweet pilsener malt. Dry finish with some bitterness. Interesting. 121106

Nov 12, 2006 A light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet and very flowery hoppy. The flavor is sweet with strong flowery aroma hop notes, leading to a quite dry and quite bitter end.
