Sep 7, 2008 50 cl bottle, bought at Ultra, Hinna. Shared with Bjørnar and Roger. Hazy orange color, nice white head. Aroma is fruity and hints of banana, wheat. Flavor is fruity, wheaty, belgian yeast and some hops.

Pours pale, hazy yellow. A medium, frothy/creamy white head. Great duration, some slight lacing. Aroma has lots of pleasant banana, good fruitiness and some grainy malts. Fine grainy and lightly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is softly fruity, and NOT too sweet. Fine flowery hoppy finish. Nice!

May 14, 2008 Kristall clear in the bottle, hazy in the glass with some swilling of the sediment. Champagne spritzy pour spiralling wildly before dying into milky stillness. Tartish lemon curd and faint peppery clove aroma. Dry and unfruity for the style, with more malted milk and biscuit than banana esters. Acidic and slightly salty. Some metal and alcohol on the palate once its lost its fizz. Not much better than OK.

Apr 11, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a dense, lasting and white head. Mild banana fruity note in the aroma. Flavour is medium sweet with a light mix of wheaty fruity and yeasty note mixed with an underlying sweetness. Doesn’t show the standard dry wheaty notes. Mild acidic and fruity finish. Certainly drinkable for me.

Nov 14, 2007 500ml bottle. Cloudy golden body with a big foamy white head. Aroma is wheat and banana. Flavor is quite sweet, wheat, banana and some hops. Clean and straightforward OK wheat beer. On the sweeter side and lots of carbonation. OK.
