| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 25, 2007 Pours to a slightly hazy dull cxopper color with medium off-white head that sticks around thru mid-glass and leaves okay lacing. Aroma is muted, but what is there is malty biscuit with just a whiff of dark fruit. Mouthfeel is full and the flavor is a combination of the malty dough and slight hoppy fruit.
Finish was well rounded, and of medium duration. Not a bad beer. obguthr (1072), Poquoson, Virginia, USA
