| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 15, 2009 Bottle. Pour is a smokey orange-ish amber with a finger or so of beige head. Aromas are heavy German malt with a bit of a dusty edge to it and a little bit of a vegetable side. Flavor is a nice mix of dusty malt that tastes a bit like wheat or full grain bread with a touch of spice at the finish... almost a light pepper with some nutty flavors. Fairly nice, even if it is a bit subtle. Bov (5478), Bienne, Switzerland
