Appearance is clear golden with a large head that settles slowly and leaves solid lacing.
Smell is sweat socks (in a good way), black pepper and paprika.
Taste is orange and malt with a background of coriander and a bitter finish, very well-balanced and complex.
An excellent example of an abbey style blonde ale.

Jul 10, 2009 Despite a careful pour plenty of sediment finds its way into the glass. Dark blonde colour with tight head. Fresh, zesty aroma. Flavour has a little fruit sweetness and overall has a very fresh, clean mouthfeel. Thirst quenching and easy to drink.
