Oct 5, 2008 Small but nice dark reddish head. Nice cassis aroma with some sparkle to it. Purple burgundy color with some chunks floating in it. Taste is tart, a little sweet. Body is about average. A pretty middle of the road lambic.

Pours dark reddish with a light dark pink head.
Aroma filled with berries (cassis) and malt.
Taste is similar to the other St Louis beers, malty and berries with again this sour presence that just doesnt really do it for me.
Drinkable, refreshing.

Aroma sweet, berries, malts, some sour.
Medium body.
Tatse refreshing on a hot summer day. Sweet, black currants, berries, little dry. Sweet aftertaste.
