375 ml bottle, 11/2003. Deep-orange tan colour, persistent tan head. Nice leathery, horseblankety aroma, sweet faint lactic aroma. Flavour is quite thin and dusty, faint leather. Needs a lot more flavour though to match the aroma. Thin, light sugary finish. Aroma also has a bit of cherry and some cedar in the finish as well.

Light amber golden colour white puffy head. Slight sour flavour of apples.. Slight acidicy in flavour and aroma with a mustiness... sweet nothing horrible but nothing note worthy either...

Light amber colour with a light foamy white head and lace that hugs the glass. The nose is slightly skunked, yet there are still barnyard hints and it’s a bit tart and dusty. The body is quite sweet and sugary for a gueuze. Lightly tart and spritzy finishes short and sweet. Not a great gueuze.

Clear, bright orange-amber w/ pale tan foam. Aroma is sweet & malty w/ some light tart apple notes. Light, highly carbonated feel. Odd flavour for a gueuze--sweet & malty w/ some earthy bitterness & almost not tartness. Overall quite bland w/ a cardboard-ish quality.

Bottle: Poured a medium clear amber color ale with a huge white foamy head with good retention. Faint barnyard aroma can be detected as well as subtle sourness. Taste is sweeter then regular gueuze with some sweetness but no acidity. Complexity is quite low and I guess this would be more of a beginner gueuze then anything else.

The sour fruitinees of this type of gueuze just isn’t for me. A sweet aroma, poured a almost bubbly, Maybe one but definitly not two; ok if I was stranded on a desrted island.

Tasted in Toronto. Obtained from LCBO. Tasted in Corsendonk flute. Appearance is amber/yellow, clear with a sustained head. Aroma is on the sweeter side, not cidery or acidic as I would expect with a Gueuze. Flavour is a bit off balance with fairly intense sweetness considering the style.
