Hazelnut-brown colour. Smells of horse. Somewhat sourish, sweet. A beginners lambic.

Bottle. This is not a real gueuze thats my opiniun. Light yellow color. Light body. Start sweet at the finish is winey with a small amount of fruit flavours. The palate is more like regular ale.

Golden and clear body with mid sized head. Aroma is yeasty and barny with some floral perfume. Somewhat grapefruit sour with an artifical sweetness as it moves in the mounth. Sticky finish with medium carbonation.

Not really my style, but a decent gueuze for people trying to get into the style. Body is a dark gold colour, with very noticable white head. Aromas are herbal, hops, with some malts. Taste is bitter hops, malts, and grassy. Sort of a mild burn on the finish??? Strange.

Dark amber coloured with an average and diminishing white head. Sweet-sour aroma, little fruity. Medium body, sweet taste. Finish is light sour but the sweetness is somethimes to much. Not the best one I had

(Bottle) Pours a grayish amber colour. The aroma is sourish, tart and citric with notes of wood, mold, basement, chemicals, tart unripe tropical fruits, toasty malt and hints of stable. The flavour is medium sweet and light to medium tart and acid. Some wood, mold and vinegar. Fruity undertones of apples and light citrus. Soft carbonation. Medium dry finish. Light to medium bodied.

Bottled, BB 03-2008, sampled 01-2009 (about 3 years old). Courtesy of my mom. Hazy golden/orange coloured, fair head. Nice nose, some tartness, bret, quite ok. Very sweet flavour though, very syrupy. If they would stop sweetening it, this stuff might actually be ok.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Amber coloured with a very minimal off-white head. Cider like aroma. Taste is cider (apples), grainy with a sour finish. Moderately carbonated and light bodied. OK but not my cup of tea.
